31/10/22 Today I made a fake headline news. We were learning about fake  headlines so were where assigned  to make a fake headlines. The teachers had already made a templates for the children we used it for the fake headlines template. We used explore tool remove.b.g for cropping the image. Have you ever made a fake headlines? 28/10/22 Today I made a fake magazine. We have been learning about hoaks and fakes (hoaks means fake) we had to make a fake magazine my fake magazine was you can have a free Nintendo switch just join this link ( its a fake one) and put your address already 10 people got the 10 free Nintendo their response was OH MY GOD THIS IS AMAZING IS IS NOT A SCAM WIN THIS DO IT. This is our visual representation made by me Hugo, Salmaan. We learnt what print media is. Print media is things that are printed on paper like newspaper, magazines  and online media is Things that we see on online E.g. video games, online newspaper, video call. And broadcasting media we see it almost everyday E.g. live tv, radio, things on your tv.

20/10/22 Today I did a 3D tissue art I used red, teal, dark green and hardly yellow. We had a option to take a printed layout or just make one I did just make one. I thought of a umbrella so I used a ruler so the lines would be straight. So you get some kinda colour  (the one you want) and make a drawing with space in the middle. After that you scrunch up the tissue into a circle and put pva glue and glue onto it. Did you ever do a 3D tissue art? If you did how did you do it?

16/6/22  This is my online mosaic I did for rise team. I made this online mosaic based of floppa body and head. I made this mosaic on google drawing. Did you ever make a online mosaic? If you did what site did you use?

He Puna Taimoana

 

1. What is it: Hot pools

 

2. Where it is: 195 Marine Parade, New Brighton. 

 

3. Why it was put there: so people can swim and relax  

 

4. What it means/ What story is it telling?: it tells that Tangaroa is the god of  the sea, that’s why they put the hot pools next to the sea.

 

5. Do you like it? Why/ why not?: I like the patterns on The  He Puna Taimoana and the shape, it looks like a big shield.

 

New Brighton Beachside Playground  

 

1. What it is: A boat and 2 sun shades and some patterns.

 

2. Where it is: New Brighton

 

3. Why it was put there: So people can have fun on the equipment.

 

4. What it means/ What story is it telling?: It tells how they came on a big vaka because the boat there is massive (a boat where you play on). 

 

5. Do you like it? Why/ why not?: I like the art work because  the 2 shades are birds,god of wind .

1. What it is: Street art

 

2. Where it is: it is in New Brighton 

 

3. Why it was put there: It is there because it shows how they use to get food. 

 

4. What it means/ What story is it telling?: It tells how the mountains and the oceans connected in Canterbury. 

 

5. Do you like it? Why/ why not?: I like the art work because the whale has lots of details.

 

Te Kōrero Karoro  

 

1. What it is: It is a piece of art.

 

2. Where it is: In New Brighton library. 

 

3. Why it was put there: so people can see it. 

 

4. What it means/ What story is it telling?: it shows the waves like the ocean, Birds like the sky, Reflection of the sun.  

 

5. Do you like it? Why/ why not?: I like it because of the sun shade.

7 Thursday April. this is my stop motion. The material I used, toy car play doh toy people and a ipad.  I worked with hugo to finish this. It took about 3 hours to take the photos and the music and putting this on my blog .
